Fitness Boot Camp
Take it up a notch with Fitness Boot Camp. Cardio, calisthenics, obstacle courses, resistance training, combat techniques on targets, plus some serious abdominal training. You don’t have to be in the Special Forces to train like them!
Sweat & Sculpt
An All-In resistance-driven hour of muscle strength and endurance development. We’ll use every means possible to pump you up! Whether beginner or advanced, this class is for you!
Cardio Kickboxing is the best workout for endurance, athletic conditioning and improving muscle tone and strength- You will SEE RESULTS quickly! Cardio Kickboxing classes are a combination of kickboxing, cardio, and endurance drills (push-ups, squats, lunges, jump rope, free weights, and abdominal exercises).
Extreme endurance and strength development training mixing agility drills from boot camp, punching and kicking from kickboxing, and TRX suspension trainers, calisthenics, kettle-bells, tires and heavy ropes from strength training. Our toughest fitness class.
Alternative Strength Training
This class will break any plateau! Whole body exercises using TRX suspension trainers, heavy rope undulation, and all the latest alternative strength systems. Get crazy strong in this class!
Butt & Gut Blaster
That’s right, the two areas that often need a little extra attention. Don’t worry, this class will ensure your abs are rock solid and you have buns of steel. You’ll feel the burn, but love the reward after a month of this gut wrenching class! Come check it out.
