Fitness Boot Camp

If you’re looking for a high intensity workout our Boot Camp classes will get your heart pumping and your muscles flexing in no time. Combining cardiovascular exercises, muscle conditioning moves, and a host of athletic drills, our Boot Camp experience will leave you strangely wanting more!

Sweat & Sculpt

This super fast-moving sweat session will kick your fitness program into high gear! Experience incredible circuit conditioning – Low weight, high rep dumbbell workouts to get you lean and defined, and will conclude with core work & a quick stretch to leave you centered and focused.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is the best workout for endurance, athletic conditioning and improving muscle tone and strength- You will SEE RESULTS quickly! Cardio Kickboxing classes are a combination of kickboxing, cardio, and endurance drills (push-ups, squats, lunges, jump rope, free weights, and abdominal exercises).

Alternative Circuit Training

Not your average circuit training class. Whole body workout at a pace that will get you and keep you sweating. TRX, heavy ropes, kettle-bell, resistance tubes and more. Made to get you strong and lean!

Fitness Cross-Training

The perfect combination of cardio endurance training and strengthening! We mix it up with kickboxing, boot camp and finish you off with TRX, calisthenics, kettlebells, tires flips, heavy ropes and more. One of our most popular classes.
