Strength and conditioning is a 45-60 min
resistance training class. All exercises are performed using resistance
bands. The body is separated into 2 parts, upper and lower. During the
upper body training we focus on chest, back, shoulders, triceps, and
biceps. Lower body consists of quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors,
abductors, and glutes. This is a great class for all fitness levels.
